No referral is needed. You can book directly on our website and be seen as a new patient. We accept self-referrals for both in-person and telehealth visits.
Yes. We offer secure video visits for patients anywhere in Arizona. Telehealth appointments are available Monday through Friday, and work just like an in-person visit — including same-day prescriptions.
We're in-network with Aetna, Cigna, UnitedHealthcare, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona, and Anthem BCBS. We verify your benefits before your first visit so there are no billing surprises. Self-pay rates and student discounts are also available.
