No. You can book directly on this site and be seen as a new patient. Your first evaluation is in person at our Tempe office.
A full hour. We go through your history, your symptoms, and what you're trying to change — not a script. You'll leave with a diagnosis where one applies, a treatment plan, and a clear next step. It's thorough and judgment-free.
Yes, when it's clinically appropriate. Unlike online-only platforms, we're able to prescribe stimulant medication as part of a complete treatment plan. That decision always follows a full evaluation — never a questionnaire.
Potentially. Your first visit is a full evaluation so we can review your diagnosis, treatment history, current medication, and available records. If continuing your current treatment is clinically appropriate, we'll discuss that at your visit.
Yes, for follow-ups. Your first evaluation is in person, and that's deliberate: seeing you in the room gives us vitals, a fuller clinical picture, and a working relationship before any treatment decisions. After that, follow-ups by secure video are available Monday through Friday, so ongoing care fits around work or school.
We're in-network with Aetna, Cigna, UnitedHealthcare, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona, and Anthem BCBS. Your benefits are checked before your first visit, so you'll have an estimate of your cost up front.
Self-pay is $350 for the initial evaluation and $200 for each follow-up. That's the full cost — nothing added afterward.
Yes — accommodation letters, FMLA paperwork, DOT and employer forms, and school documentation. Available to established patients. Insurance doesn't cover these, so there's a separate fee; just ask and we'll give you the cost and timeline up front.

We're at Priest and Ray in Tempe. Most of our patients come from Tempe, Chandler, Mesa, Gilbert, Ahwatukee, and Phoenix. Once you're established, video follow-ups are available anywhere in Arizona.
