Agreement to Receive Texts
By providing your mobile phone number and opting in—for example, on a consent form, through our website, or over the phone—you agree to receive text messages from Kickstart Psychiatry related to the message types described below. Agreeing to receive texts is not a condition of receiving care from us.
Types of Messages You May Receive
- Appointment reminders and confirmations
- Rescheduling or cancellation notices
- Practice updates, such as office closures
- Billing or account notifications
- Replies to questions you've sent us (customer care)
How to Opt Out
You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. You'll receive one final message confirming your opt-out, and you won't receive further texts from us unless you opt back in.
